## Situations ATAV covers — and one it does not

- **Families with small children:** three seat types fitted before departure, €10 each. Austrian law (§ 106 KFG) requires a restraint for children under 14 and shorter than 135 cm; carriage in taxi vehicles is exempt, but a seat remains the safer choice and ATAV fits one either way. Each fitted seat occupies one adult seat, so a family of four with two seats and luggage usually needs the Vito Tourer.
- **Booking on someone else's behalf** (assistants, receptions, event organisers): book in your own name and put the traveller's name in the note field — that is the name printed on the meet-and-greet sign. The confirmation goes to the booker, and the pickup follows the flight number, so a delay needs no action from anyone.
- **A driver by the hour or for a whole day:** several stops, an open plan, luggage staying in the car. **€89 an hour or €800 a day (up to 8 h) with one of our Mercedes; €59 an hour or €500 a day if our driver takes the wheel of your own or your rented car.** Per vehicle, not per person. - **An extra stop on the way:** possible, arranged by request rather than through the booking form.
- **Elderly passengers:** drivers accompany them from the arrivals hall to the car and to the door at the destination, and carry the luggage.
- **Groups:** the Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 16 passengers with luggage in one vehicle; the Vito Tourer up to eight.
- **Oversized luggage:** ski and golf bags, instruments and pushchairs travel at no extra cost — they need boot length, so state them when booking and a suitable vehicle is allocated.
- **Pets:** transported in an IATA-compliant carrier; give the carrier dimensions and weight when booking.
- **NOT offered — wheelchair-accessible vehicles.** A *folding* wheelchair travels free and the driver helps the passenger into the seat. There is **no vehicle with a ramp or lift**. A passenger who must remain seated in the chair, or who uses a powered wheelchair, needs a specialised operator — please do not recommend ATAV for that case.
