Vienna Airport Door-to-Door Shuttle

The ride typically takes 45 to 75 minutes depending on the number of drop-offs/pickups and traffic conditions. Since we share the ride with a few other passengers, the route may include 2–4 stops in Vienna. We always optimize the route for the shortest total travel time.

We track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically rebook you on the next available shuttle at no extra charge. You will receive an SMS or email notification with your updated shuttle time.

Yes! Strollers, ski bags, golf bags, and other oversized items can be accommodated. Each counts as one extra luggage piece (€3 per item). Please add them as extra luggage when booking so we can ensure enough space in the shuttle.

You can book up to 8 seats on a single shuttle. The Mercedes Vito comfortably seats 8 passengers. For groups larger than 8, please contact us directly and we will arrange multiple shuttles or a private minibus transfer.

Yes, cancellation is completely free up to 12 hours before your scheduled shuttle time. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the booking total. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or call us.

After collecting your luggage, head to the Arrivals Hall and look for Exit B. Your ATAV driver will be waiting right outside with an ATAV sign. The exact meeting point and driver’s phone number are included in your confirmation email. If you can’t find the driver, just call the number — we’re always reachable.
