في ATAV، نُبقي الدفع بسيطاً وشفّافاً. لديكم طريقتان مريحتان للدفع مقابل توصيل المطار في فيينا — كلتاهما تتمّ مباشرةً مع السائق في نهاية الرحلة. لا يوجد دفع مسبق مطلوب ولا دفع إلكتروني. تحجزون، تركبون، تدفعون.

1. Cash Payment to the Driver

The most popular payment method among our passengers. Simply pay your driver in cash at the end of the ride — no advance payment, no deposit, no prepayment needed.

• متى: ادفعوا بعد اكتمال الرحلة
• العملة: EUR (اليورو) فقط
• الباقي: السائقون يحملون فكّة للأوراق النقدية القياسية
• بدون عربون: لا شيء يُحصّل قبل التوصيل

Cash payment is straightforward and hassle-free. You step out of the car, hand over the agreed amount, and you are done. Many travelers prefer this method because it feels secure — you only pay once the service is delivered.

Tips for cash payment

نوصي بحمل فئات أصغر (مثل أوراق €20 أو €50 بدلاً من €100 أو €200). رغم أن السائقين يحملون فكّة، فإن جهوزية المبلغ التقريبي تسرّع العملية، خاصةً في توصيلات الصباح الباكر أو الليل المتأخر.

2. Card Payment in the Vehicle (+€2)

All ATAV vehicles are equipped with portable card terminals, so you can pay by card directly in the vehicle. A small surcharge of €2 applies for card payments to cover processing fees.

The card terminal is brought to you in the vehicle, so there is no need to go anywhere. Your driver will present the terminal after you arrive at your destination, and you simply tap or insert your card.

Why is there a €2 card surcharge?

تتضمّن معالجة البطاقة رسوم معاملات تفرضها شبكات الدفع. بدلاً من تضمين هذه التكاليف بشكل خفيّ في السعر الأساسي لجميع الركاب (بمن فيهم دافعو النقد)، نُبقي السعر الأساسي منخفضاً ونطبّق رسوماً صغيرة وشفّافة فقط عند استخدام البطاقة. بهذه الطريقة، لا يدعم ركاب النقد رسوم البطاقات.

Why Fixed Prices Matter

Regardless of how you pay, the price is always fixed at the time of booking. This is one of the most important differences between ATAV and metered taxis or ride-hailing apps.

When you book a transfer from Vienna Airport to the city center at €38, that is exactly what you pay — whether it is 3pm on a Tuesday or 2am on New Year's Day. The fixed price removes the anxiety of watching a meter tick upward in heavy traffic.

Tipping: Not Required, Always Appreciated

Tipping is not required and is never expected. Your driver is paid fairly for the service, and the fixed price covers everything.

That said, if you had an exceptional experience — perhaps your driver helped with heavy luggage, provided local tips, or navigated a difficult situation — a tip is always appreciated. There is no set amount; rounding up or adding a few euros is common practice among satisfied passengers.

Every ATAV booking comes with an automatic email confirmation that serves as your booking receipt. This confirmation includes:

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

What if I do not have cash or a card?
