How Does It Work? Step by Step

Reserve your airport transfer at atav.at. Enter your flight number, destination address, and passenger details. The booking takes under 2 minutes and you receive an instant confirmation by email.
Step 2: Your Driver Tracks Your Flight
On the day of your arrival, your assigned driver monitors your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or 3 hours — it does not matter. The driver adjusts automatically. You do not need to call or notify anyone.
Step 3: Driver Waits in the Arrivals Hall
Once your plane lands, your driver enters the arrivals terminal at Vienna Airport. They stand near the exit of the baggage claim area, holding a clearly visible sign with your name. ATAV provides 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, so there is no rush through passport control or baggage claim.
Step 4: Greeting and Luggage Help
When you spot your name sign, simply walk up to your driver. They will greet you, confirm your booking details, and help carry your luggage to the vehicle. Whether you have suitcases, ski equipment, strollers, or oversized bags — it is all included at no extra cost.
